  THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District refer the item of legislative amendments allowing for provincial agencies and local governments to seize property of illegal fill activities back to the Electoral Area Services Committee for further discussion.

  THAT a new item be added to the Advocacy plan Dashboard regarding Homelessness;

  AND THAT the Fraser Valley Regional District Board ask the Province to treat homelessness as a true emergency, and to take bold action and use available resources such as the surplus housing units from the Site C dam project and create an interim housing site for those experiencing homelessness.
